2 Test Methord
2.1 Appearance,material and core
Film appearance,material and core is tested by naked eyes. Material port side is measured by ruler of scale of every 0.5mm.
2.2.1 The dimension is measured as the requests of 4.1.1 of GB/T13541-1992
2.2.2 Length is measured by ruler or other devices.
2.2.3 Width is measured as the requests of chanpter 6 of GB/T13541-1992. Width over 26mm is measureed by ruler of scale of every 0.5mm and width below 26mm by device of scale of every 0.02mm.
2.3 Tensile and elongation
Tensile and elongation are measured as the requests of chapter 11 of GB/T13541-1992. Tensile speed is 50mm/min.Fixture distance is 100mm.
Shrikage is measured as the requests of chapter 22 of GB/T13541-1992. Test temperature is 150°C±5°C,time 30min.
2.5 Electrical operating frequency intensity
Electrical operating frequency intensity is measured as the request of 16.1 of GB/T13541-1992. The test is made in air. The rising voltage speed is 500V/s. The up and down ID of electrode is 6mm. 10 electrodes are tested.
2.6 Volume resistivity
Volume resistivity is measured by 16.1 of GB/T13541-1992 contact electrode method. Test voltage is 250V. Audio-visual time is 1min. Test number is 5.The 5 samples are treated 1 hour under the condition of 200°C±5°C and then measured under the same condition.
2.7 Dielectric loss factor and relative didlectric constant
Dielectric loss factor and relative didlectric constant are measured by 17.1 of GB/T13541-1992 contact electrode method or 17.3 non-contact electrode method. Test voltage is 250V.
